Troubleshooting Orders Shipped in TWL but Not in CSD

When an order appears shipped in TWL but does not reflect as shipped in CSD, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check if the Order is in Use
- Open the Maintain Orders screen in CSD.
- Attempt to access the affected order.
- If the system says the order is "in use", note the user and contact them to exit the order.
- Once the order is no longer in use, you must manually ship the order in WTES.
Be sure to ship the correct quantities that were confirmed shipped in TWL.

Step 2: Confirm the Order is Fully Shipped in TWL
- Locate the order in TWL.
- Verify that all lines have been:
- Picked
- Packed
- Shipped
- Partial shipments will not transmit to CSD.

Step 3: Check for Errors in WLIT
- Ask a user with WLIT access to review the order number.
- Search for the order in WLIT.
- Review and resolve any error messages listed for that order.
