Outlook mailbox getting cluttered or full? Follow these steps to reclaim some space.

1. Turn on cached mode for outlook
   1. Click 'File'
   2. Click 'Account Settings'
   3. Click 'Account Settings' in the dropdown menu
   4. Click 'Change'
   5. Check the box: 'Use Cached Exchange Mode....
   6. Click 'Next'
   7. Click 'Done
   
   
2. Archive old emails
1. Click 'File'
2. Click 'Tools' (Next to mailbox settings)
3. Click 'Cleanup Old Items'
4. Highlight 'YOUR_USERNAME@aih.com'
5. Click the down arrow for 'Archive items older than'
6. Set a end date for the archive process (All emails older than this date will be archived.
7. Click 'OK'

NOTE: This process will run invisibly in the background. You may get an error about 'Not enough system resources'. If this happens, close your open programs, and try again.
