Is is highly encouraged for users to have an account in the ticket system. With an account you can track tickets that have been submitted, are open or closed, as well as make updates and changes to existing tickets. The following steps are for creating a user account.

- Navigate to tickets.aih.com
- Locate the sign in hyperlink in the top right corner.
- If you have an account, sign in now. Otherwise select Create an account on the right side.
- Enter your email address, FULL name, and select the applicable store.
- The Time Zone will auto populate based on location, change if needed.
- Create a memorable password and select register.
- Your account is now created and you will be signed in automatically.
