How to reset your OS Ticket Account's password
The OS ticket system has the ability for a user to create an account to allow them to access, track, and reply or update tickets that they have submitted. These tickets are pair to the email address that is entered when the ticket is created or when an email is sent to tickets@aih.com so an account is not required. However, it is highly encouraged for users to have access to their account for the ticketing process.
If you do not have an account or are unsure, Use the Account Creation Knowledge Base article before proceeding with this guide.
Proceed to the OS Ticket Login Page by clicking Sign In in the upper right corner.
Fill in the email address that you are attempting to sign in with and your last remembered password to attempt to log in. Upon failure, the page will update to show an error message and a forgot password hyperlink below the sign in button.
Enter your email address again and hit the send email button. You will then receive a password reset email.
Follow the hyperlink provided in the email to reset the password for your account.
You will be redirected to enter the email address again without a password requirement, enter it and hit login. After logging in you will see your accounts information. Make sure that it is up to date and change your password at the bottom.
You will be signed in at this point. Please make sure to remember your password.
